Welcome to The Summer of Steak! Please join us in celebrating the local cattle ranches that bring us the unrivaled beef of the Great Plains. Tying in the history of the hotel, this poker-themed steak experience will spotlight a different ranch from May to August. Guests who select the steak flight as their entrée will receive one collectible poker pin, featuring a different suit each month.(spades, hearts, clubs, diamonds). Each diner who collects all four poker pins joins "The Committee of Steak" and will earn an exclusive invite to a private dinner celebrating the ranches.
